Optional website analytics

Woodway uses Google Analytics only with your permission. It measures pages viewed, device and browser information, referring websites, clicks through to our Smart Store, clicks that open text or phone apps, and how often an inquiry message is prepared. Google Analytics cookies are used for this analysis.

Inquiry form entries, message bodies, search terms and URL query strings are excluded from analytics events. Opening a shop link or messaging app does not mean an order or inquiry has been completed.

You can use the wood finder and inquiry features without allowing analytics. Change your preference at any time using “Analytics settings” in the footer. Withdrawing permission stops Google Analytics collection on this site and removes its related cookies.

Language preference and location

Cloudflare provides a country code based on the connection's IP address to suggest the default homepage language. A VPN or proxy may change the country detected. If the country cannot be determined, the Korean homepage is retained. You can always change the language using KR / EN.

Choosing a language stores the essential ww_lang preference cookie for one year. This choice takes priority over country detection. This cookie is separate from optional analytics and does not contain your name or contact information. Clear this site's cookies to reset it.

AI wood advice and photo search

Questions, recent conversation context and uploaded search photographs pass through Woodway's server to the OpenAI API to generate answers or analyse photographs. Do not include unnecessary personal information, addresses, order details or photographs of people. See the OpenAI privacy policy for external processing information.

Conversations, favourites and recently viewed products, where offered, are kept in your browser's local storage. This website does not maintain a separate consultation-record database for chat transcripts or uploaded photographs. Clear this site's browser data to remove local records. External AI and hosting services process information under their own policies.

The custom cutting and bulk inquiry form prepares a message in your browser. You must send it yourself in your email app before the shop receives it. Completing the form does not place an order or submit an inquiry.

Pinterest integration

Woodway's content integration is used to publish and manage its wood and product content on Pinterest within the permissions granted by the account owner. Requested permissions appear on Pinterest's consent screen. Depending on the permissions granted, account identifiers, board and Pin information, and images, descriptions and links intended for publication may be processed.

The account owner chooses and approves the content and destination. Simply visiting this website does not give access to a visitor's Pinterest account or publish anything to it. Woodway does not collect Pinterest passwords or login-session cookies. AI conversations and inquiry-form content are not sent for Pinterest integration.

Information received from Pinterest is used only to operate the authorised integration. It is not sold or supplied to third-party advertising services. API credentials are not exposed on public pages or posts.

Revoke the app's access in Pinterest settings to disconnect it. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information retained by Woodway for the integration. After confirming your identity and the relevant information, we remove unnecessary retained data and explain any legally required retention. Revoking access and deleting existing Pins are separate actions; check previously published content on Pinterest as well.

Pinterest's own processing is covered by its privacy policy. Publication of this policy does not itself establish an account connection or approval of a Pinterest app review.
